Our quality guarantee is simple: the delivered material will match the Certificate of Analysis specifications within normal analytical tolerances. If it does not, we make it right. Quality guarantee scope: all chemical composition values (Fe2O3, total alkali, Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, MgO, TiO2) will be within plus/minus the standard analytical tolerance of the COA values. Particle size (mesh residue) will meet the specified maximum. Moisture will be below the specified limit. No visible contamination (foreign material, excessive dark specks). If a quality issue arises: Step 1 β Contact us immediately with your incoming test results and photos of any visible defects.
Key Information
Do not use the material in production until the issue is resolved. Step 2 β We review your data against our production records and retained samples. If needed, we commission independent re-testing at a third-party lab agreed by both parties. Step 3 β If the material is confirmed out-of-specification, we offer resolution options: price adjustment proportional to the deviation (for minor deviations that do not affect usability), replacement shipment of conforming material at our expense (for significant deviations), or full credit/refund if the material is unusable. Our track record: quality claims have been extremely rare in our 17+ years of operation because our multi-stage testing process catches deviations before shipment. The few issues that have arisen (typically minor moisture or particle size deviations) were resolved within 48 hours through price adjustment or credit.
