Our operation spans the complete value chain: we extract nepheline syenite ore from our own quarry, process it through advanced wet-milling production lines, test every batch in our quality control laboratory, and package the finished product for worldwide delivery. Every step takes place within our own facilities at Jiulongshan, Anyang County, Henan Province β ensuring complete control over product quality and consistency.
Our factory is built on the hillside of Jiulongshan (Nine Dragon Mountain), with the quarry above and the processing plant below β gravity assists ore transport from mine to mill.

From raw ore to finished powder β 7 stages of quality control

Raw nepheline syenite ore is extracted from our own quarry at Jiulongshan using conventional drill-and-blast methods. Hydraulic excavators load the ore onto haul trucks for transport to the crushing station. Our geologists direct excavation toward the highest-quality ore zones, visually monitoring each mining face for consistency.

Run-of-mine ore is reduced to manageable feed size through a two-stage crushing circuit. The primary jaw crusher handles large boulders, while the secondary cone crusher reduces the material to approximately 10-20mm suitable for the wet grinding stage.

Crushed ore is mixed with water to create a slurry and fed into large ball mills. The wet grinding process reduces particle size to 100 mesh (150 microns) or 200 mesh (74 microns) depending on the product grade. Wet grinding is critical β it liberates iron-bearing mineral inclusions trapped inside larger grains, making them available for magnetic capture in the next stage.

The ground slurry passes through multiple stages of high-intensity wet magnetic separation (HIWMS). Stage 1 captures strongly magnetic minerals (magnetite). Stage 2 captures moderately magnetic particles (biotite). Stage 3 uses maximum intensity for weakly magnetic iron-bearing minerals. This progressive approach achieves Fe2O3 as low as 0.08% in our K200 grade.

Purified slurry passes through hydrocyclone classifiers for precise particle size control, then through thickeners and filter presses to remove water. The recovered water is recycled back to the grinding circuit β a closed-loop system that minimizes water consumption and environmental impact.

Dewatered filter cake enters rotary dryers where hot air reduces moisture content to below 1.0%. The dried powder is packaged in either 1,200kg FIBC jumbo bags or 50kg PP woven bags, clearly labeled with product name, grade, batch number, and weight.

Every production batch undergoes comprehensive testing: XRF chemical analysis, laser particle size measurement, moisture verification, and firing whiteness evaluation at 1200Β°C. Approved product is stored in our enclosed warehouse ready for container loading and shipment.
