Description
K200 is our premium ultra-white nepheline powder with the lowest iron content in our entire range — Fe₂O₃ at just 0.08%. Ground to 200 mesh (74 microns), this fine-particle powder delivers outstanding firing whiteness for the most demanding ceramic applications. The high Na₂O content (8.74%) provides excellent fluxing power, enabling full vitrification at practical temperatures. K200 is produced through extended multi-stage magnetic separation in wet slurry — the only way to achieve such low iron levels. Independent testing at Foshan Youbo lab confirms firing whiteness values that match or exceed imported nepheline syenite from Canada and Norway, at significantly lower cost for Asian markets.
