Description
SY101 is produced using flotation beneficiation β a selective separation process producing feldspar concentrate with significantly higher alkali content than simple crushing and grinding. The high combined KβO + NaβO makes SY101 a powerful flux material for ceramic bodies and glass manufacturing. K-feldspar creates a more viscous melt during firing compared to sodium feldspar β valuable for sanitary ware and electrical porcelain where shape retention at high temperatures is critical.
