Issued by the Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources, this certificate grants us the legal right to extract nepheline syenite ore from the Jiulongshan deposit in Anyang County. The mining license specifies our authorized mining area, depth, annual extraction volume, and operational period. It is renewed periodically upon demonstration of compliant mining practices, environmental management, and safety standards.
Significance for buyers: This certificate proves we legally own our ore source โ we are not purchasing from third parties and have long-term, guaranteed access to a consistent deposit. This is the fundamental document that separates mine-owning producers from traders.
The official Chinese business registration certificate (่ฅไธๆง็ ง) issued by the local Administration for Market Regulation. It registers our company โ Anyang County Kailong Mining Co., Ltd. โ as a legal entity authorized to conduct mining, mineral processing, domestic sales, and international trade. The license shows our registered capital, legal representative, business scope, and registration date (2007).
Significance for buyers: Verifies we are a legally registered Chinese company with authorized export trading rights. Essential for L/C transactions and customs documentation. Our 2007 registration date confirms 17+ years of continuous operation.
The Safety Production Permit (ๅฎๅ จ็ไบง่ฎธๅฏ่ฏ) is issued by the provincial Department of Emergency Management. It certifies that our mining and processing operations meet China's mandatory workplace safety standards โ including equipment safety inspections, worker training, emergency response procedures, dust control, and environmental compliance.
Significance for buyers: Demonstrates that our operations are inspected and approved by government safety authorities. For international buyers conducting supplier audits or ESG compliance reviews, this certificate is an important verification document.
