The Porcelain Standard
Porcelain requires full vitrification. Nepheline syenite achieves this at lower temperatures than feldspar thanks to higher total alkali content. Our K200 grade (FeβOβ 0.08%, 200 mesh) is specifically designed for porcelain bodies requiring brilliant whiteness.
Large Format Challenges
Large slabs (800Γ2400mm+) amplify every material inconsistency. Even minor flux variations cause warping across the large surface. Our wet-process production ensures the batch-to-batch consistency that large-format producers absolutely require. Every batch comes with COA documentation.
