Anyang County Kailong Mining Co., Ltd., trading internationally as Ceramic Minerals, was established in 2007 with an independent legal entity status and a government-issued mining license. We are a fully integrated non-metallic minerals company encompassing mining, processing, sales, and technical services β one of China's most capable nepheline syenite producers with over seventeen years of continuous operation.
Our History & Growth
Founded in Anyang County, Henan Province, our company began as a nepheline syenite quarry operation serving the domestic Chinese ceramic industry. Over the following years, through continuous reinvestment and technological upgrading, we transformed into a large-scale, vertically integrated mining and processing enterprise capable of serving international markets across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America. Our founder's vision was to control the entire value chain from raw ore extraction through processing to finished powder, ensuring quality at every step and eliminating the variability that plagues multi-source suppliers. In the early years, we invested over 40 million CNY in establishing our wet-process production line β a significant commitment that distinguished us from the many dry-process operators in the region. This investment has paid dividends in product quality that our customers consistently verify through their own laboratory testing.
Mineral Resources
The Jiulongshan (Nine Dragon Mountain) deposit in Shanying Town is one of China's most significant nepheline syenite resources. Independent geological surveys have verified reserves exceeding 120 million tons with consistent ore quality across the entire deposit body. The deposit features high total alkali content (KβO + NaβO consistently above 14%), moderate alumina (20-21% AlβOβ), and naturally low iron content that our wet-process further reduces to industry-leading levels. The ore body is accessed via open-pit mining, providing visual quality control of each mining face and cost advantages over underground methods. Beyond the primary nepheline deposit, our mining lease also encompasses zones of potassium feldspar and sodium feldspar mineralization, enabling us to offer a complete product range from a single integrated operation.
Processing Technology
Our processing plant employs a sophisticated wet-process production line representing the state of the art for non-metallic mineral processing. The process begins with primary and secondary crushing of run-of-mine ore, followed by mixing with water to create a slurry that enters our wet grinding circuit. Ball mills grind the slurry to the target particle size (100 mesh or 200 mesh depending on product grade). The slurry then passes through multiple stages of high-intensity wet magnetic separation β the critical step that removes iron-bearing impurities. Our multi-stage magnetic circuit includes both low-intensity separators (for strongly magnetic particles like magnetite) and high-intensity separators (for weakly magnetic particles like biotite and hornblende). This progressive approach is why our K200 grade achieves FeβOβ of just 0.08% β a specification that dry-process producers simply cannot match from the same ore. After magnetic separation, purified slurry passes through hydrocyclone classifiers for precise particle size control, followed by thickening, filtering, and drying.

Quality Commitment
Every production batch undergoes comprehensive quality testing: full chemical analysis by XRF (X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy) for all major oxides, laser particle size analysis for particle size distribution verification, moisture measurement, and firing whiteness evaluation using pressed discs fired at 1200Β°C and measured with a calibrated spectrophotometer. For critical export shipments, we commission independent third-party testing from Foshan Youbo Ceramic Analysis & Testing Co., Ltd. Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting the full test results, giving our international customers verified confidence in every delivery.
Location & Logistics
Our factory enjoys exceptional transportation connectivity in central China: 5km from Shuiye Railway Station, 25km from Anyang Station on the Beijing-Guangzhou mainline, and 3km from the Anyang-Linzhou Expressway. For international shipments, we routinely ship to Tianjin Port (500km), Qingdao Port (600km), and Lianyungang Port (550km) β container trucks reach these ports within 6-8 hours, enabling rapid turnaround for export orders.
